Essential Benefits Of Toddler Dance Classes

Toddler dance classes are popular among parents for the various benefits it brings. At a very young age, it allows the child to socialize while boosting his physical and emotional strength. Dance also helps in building the fundamentals of character development among children.
Dance classes nowadays are divided into different styles. There are ballet, hip-hop, jazz, ballroom, and more that suit the preference of both the parent and the child. To reap the benefits, it is crucial that parents or guardians opt for a dance class that matches their children’s physical capabilities, attention span, and inclination. Even at a young age, toddlers will exhibit cues on their affinity about certain things.
Given that the toddler is enrolled at a proper class, the first benefit that will come into play is enhanced motor skills. The movement patterns, the range of motion, balance, coordination, and stability are just some of the valuable aspects of dance that promote early development. Dance is unparalleled in terms of physical development and it can even be as beneficial as playing.
During a dance class, a toddler has the opportunity to mingle with other kids. On that small circle, socialization happens. It builds relationships and the discovery that communication has to occur to relay a message. It will stimulate speech, physical gestures, and emotions. In turn, toddlers will grasp the concept of teamwork, social distance, cooperation, and sharing. It is crucial that the dance instructors maintain the group dynamics to sustain the benefits the child enjoys.
Above all, toddler dance classes foster confidence building. The sense of accomplishment boosts the self-esteem of the child that allows him to break social barriers. This same feeling will encourage the child to learn more and accomplish new steps. Practicing and performing in front of a crowd develops familiarity, something that is quite a challenge for ages one to three.
A dance class creates a safe haven for children toward self-expression and enjoyment. Aside from being a past time and an effective form of exercise, the benefits of dancing transcends the physical, emotional, and social levels.

Felipe Montoro Jens Says A Lot About Infrastructure

Brazil is one of the world’s most populated and largest countries by land mass. It’s also home to one of the planet’s biggest economies. However, the country has been plagued by failing infrastructure for decades and has been unable to make progressive steps towards fixing its infrastructure problems.

The National Confederation of Industries shared less than a month ago that some 525 infrastructure projects hadn’t been started at the end of last year. All of those works were supposed to have been completed by that time. Since builders signed to such jobs and Brazil don’t have very tight schedules, experts like Felipe Montoro Jens have long worried about the potential of making progress to the country’s infrastructure. Read more about Montoro Jens at

30 highways, 16 airports, and 5 railways were included in the 500-odd infrastructure projects mentioned above. These are major projects, though they collectively – all 517 of them, to be precise – didn’t sum to be larger than two percent of Brazil’s gross domestic product (GDP). Brazil has plenty of large businesses and tons of income-earners, though seemingly not enough money to fix its infrastructure woes.

Felipe Montoro Jens shared in an article about the National Confederation of Industries’ findings not too long ago that things like companies simply leaving their responsibilities to the government behind, tight budgets, not enough money to make projects happen, problems regarding private ownership of lands, and planning difficulties were major players in preventing infrastructure projects from reaching completion.

Things like better planning, beefed-up internal control, and creating contracts that would pay contractors better and generally be fairer – at least according to Felipe Montoro Jens, a national expert when it comes to infrastructure.

Further, tons of surveys and studies cost lots of money to produce but don’t end up faring well is another reason for Brazil’s problem, according to Felipe Montoro Jens.
